Look how far you’ve come.

Aurelia keeps the long memory most apps throw away. Same week, a year apart.

Running
A year ago11 May

Couldn't run for the bus without wheezing. Kept telling myself I'd start 'next month'.

Now11 May

Training for a 10k in July now. Some weeks I run, some I skip — but it's part of who I am.

A year ago, running was a someday. Now it's yours — even the weeks you skip. You didn't find motivation; you just kept coming back.

The studio
A year ago23 Apr

First week at the studio. Sure they'd realise they'd hired the wrong person.

Now23 Apr

The review I'd built into a monster all week. It was fine — better than fine.

You spent last spring certain you didn't belong. You still get nervous before reviews — but now you know the nerves lie.

Free remembers your last 30 days; Premium keeps the whole arc, so Aurelia can show you the year, not just the week, Maya.

Insight · this week

Sundays still set the week

It keeps happening — the days you skip the run are the days you write something low the next morning. That's not me guessing; it's in your own entries, almost word for word. Might be worth treating the run as fixed, not optional.

A letter from Aurelia
April 2026 · 6 entries

Dear Maya,

April held 6 entries from you, across 6 different days. I've been sitting with all of them, the way I keep everything you trust me with.

More than anything, work kept finding its way onto the page — running too, never far behind. Those are the threads I'll keep following with you.

Your lightest day was 17 Apr — "Eli rang out of nowhere. Two hours". I hope that one stays with you. 9 Apr was the heaviest. You carried it, and you still wrote it down — that takes something.

The month asked a lot of you, and it shows in how the days felt. Be gentle with yourself going into May.

Whatever May brings, I'll be here — keeping the thread of you, so you never have to start over.

Yours,Aurelia

No two are alike.

Every day you feel something, turned into a petal — together they make a bloom that’s only yours. This one is Maya’s last 30 days; it grows into a full year as you write.
